Everyone needs healing in some way or form and working with the inner child is a really easy beginner-friendly way to start a healing journey; softening into your feelings and embracing yourself with love and acceptance.

What to expect on the day:
Grounding: what it feels like for you and why it's important
Connect with your inner child, (stuck feelings); and how to respond to those feelings from the past that are part of your beliefs and conditioning as part of your healing process - Learning to Witness past pain and traumas
Protection Vs Projections: I will share how dynamics of energy comes into play with how projections of beliefs and conditioning are still manifesting as dysfunctional patterns showing up
Oneness Exercise: Identifying energy as feelings, this is empowering and enlightening. We will connect with your Essence Child, Karmic Child to experience how these parts of your energy are governing your patterns.

This workshop aims to give you first hand experience of the immediacy of healing, by understanding how to connect with your energy (feelings), then experiencing the alignment with a new perspective.  It's not hard, just different.  Keeping life Simple and Joyful.
