Giulia & Wessel

Giulia and Wessel are both Yoga Alliance certified teachers in:
200hrs Integrated Yoga Teacher Training (Bihar Tradition, Sanyassi Pragyadhara)
500hrs Meditation Teacher Training (Sri Ma Foundation, Utkarsh Sanjanwala & Swami Vidyanand)

They bring the perfect balance to their yoga classes, offering male and female energy, softness and strength, often teaching together and holding the space for anyone looking to delve deeper into themselves. They aim to create an environment that is comfortable for everyone by bringing a down-to earth approach to their way of teaching, making sure that you feel confident in your practice.

Giulia’s yoga journey started with her finding the amazing physical benefits that it had on her spine, as she was struggling with scoliosis at the time, whilst Wessel found relief from the constant pain in his neck. During the many years of practicing different styles of yoga from Iyengar, to Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Transformational Yoga, they soon realised that yoga is much more than a physical practice and really understood its value at a spiritual level, seeing how the two are always intertwined together and how important it is to take care of both your body and your mental health. They aim to always target both of these aspects into their classes.

Their mission is to share yoga and meditation with others who might feel overwhelmed or burned out by their stressful lives, and helping people open up to new ways of thinking, grounding back into their bodies and expanding their consciousness.

Aiva

Aiva is such a wise old soul and the most zen little Pomeranian you will ever encounter. Her specialty is opening up the heart chakra, and her favourite pose would most definitely be śavāsana. She brings a loving and playful energy to the class and will make sure that you leave with a smile on your face.
