This series will give you a big paradigm shift. A very unique and simple mix of yoga, meditation and mantras, combined in a way that you've never experienced before. We will work with your Physical, Emotional, Mental and Psychic bodies through dynamic and still meditation - a gentle but powerful sequence that will make a big impact. Beginner friendly, no previous yoga experience needed, just an open mind and curious attitude!
You will go really deep within yourself, see where your bad habits are coming from and how your repetitive cycles stem from daily situations that might have created a stressful environment for you at a specific time in your life. You will learn how your chakras develop over the years, how energetic toxins build up around them and how you can “clean” them out to create a better flow in the body. This series will incorporate talking points and discussions at the start of the class, as well as physical practices.
By the end of these 5 weeks you will have an amazing deep transformative practice to take home with you to do every day, and you will absolutely see big shifts happen in your life.
